In the heart of Paraguay lies the Chaco — a vast, wild landscape of nature, pasture, and open horizons. This is where the story of our organic grass-fed beef begins.
The cattle are raised on open pasture and fed grass, as part of a farming approach that connects their environment with the standards of the organic series. We work directly with the source, know the farmers, and know where the cattle come from, how they are raised, and what they eat.
