The organic series was born out of a simple question: Why can't Israelis eat world-class meat? We set out to find farms that meet the highest standards — and we found them on the other side of the globe.
The connections we built with the breeders are direct and multi-year. We know exactly how the cattle grow, what they eat, and when they arrive. No middlemen, no compromises — from the farm directly to our logistics center in Timorim.
