Baladi Ltd. (hereinafter: "Baladi") operates in three main areas of activity: manufacturing food products in the group's factories, trading in the local market including import, and logistics.

Baladi works extensively to make its services accessible to people with disabilities, with the aim of providing a service experience that meets their needs. The company's managers and employees will be happy to assist with any request.

Recognizing the importance of providing equal opportunities and maintaining human dignity and rights, the company invests significant effort and resources in creating a convenient, easy, and accessible user experience for people with disabilities, and allowing all users to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment.

Accessibility Standard

The Baladi website was built and adjusted according to Israeli Standard 5568 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at the AA level, which is the level required by law.

The website is available for use on all current web browsers.

The accessibility of the website is reflected in the following aspects

• The website is adapted for browsing on desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices

• Text can be enlarged by simultaneously pressing the "Ctrl" and "+" keys (Control and Plus). Each press on this pair of keys will enlarge the display by 10%. To reduce the display, simultaneously press the "Ctrl" and "-" keys (Control and Minus).

• The text can also be enlarged via the accessibility toolbar

• Users who have difficulty operating a mouse can browse the site using a keyboard. Repeatedly pressing the Tab key will navigate through the various links and buttons on the page. Pressing Enter will activate the selected link, and Esc is used to exit menus and windows

• To get a more accessible focus on elements, activate "keyboard navigation" in the accessibility toolbar.

The accessibility toolbar contains the following options

• Change contrast

• Highlight links

• Large text

• Text spacing

• Disable animations

• Dyslexia support

• Cursor

• Descriptions

• Line height

• Align text

• No saturation

Continuous Improvement

It is important for us to note that the company works continuously to improve the browsing experience, and yet the user may encounter pages for which an accessibility solution has not yet been found.

Assistive Listening System

An assistive listening system for people with hearing disability of the induction loop type, which also includes an external microphone and the option to connect headphones, is installed in some of the Baladi branches. To use the assistive listening system, switch the hearing aid to the "T" state.
