The terms of use are written in the masculine singular, but are intended for all female and male users of the site.
Introduction
Welcome to the "Baladi" website (hereinafter: "the Site") owned by Baladi Ltd. Co. No. 511226136 (hereinafter: "the Site Owners"). The site is an online image-based site for meat, poultry, fish, frozen vegetables and fruits, and grocery products. In addition, the site contains products for both the retail and professional markets.
You are requested to read the site's terms of use carefully when registering on the site and performing actions within its framework. You confirm that you have read the terms of use, and that you agree and confirm all of its provisions, and it constitutes a binding agreement between the visitors and users of the site and the site owners. The ordering and purchasing process on the site will be subject to the conditions specified in these terms of use.
The site owners reserve the right to update and amend the regulations from time to time at their sole discretion, without any need to provide prior notice to the customer using the site (hereinafter: "the Customer" and/or "the User"). The customer shall have no claims and/or demands against the website and its owners regarding such update and/or change, therefore you are requested to read the terms of use from time to time when making purchases on the site.
The site owners may change and/or terminate its operation at any time without prior notice.
The site is intended for use by the surfing public in Israel only.
The site owners reserve the right not to allow a particular customer to order products from the site for any reason whatsoever, at their sole discretion and without the need for reasoning and/or explanation.

The site owners may change at any time, as they see fit, the supply and/or the range of products displayed in the list of products appearing on the site, and replace or add products to the list of products or remove products from the list from time to time, all at their sole discretion.
The product images appearing on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not obligate the site in any way.
The site is intended for viewing by consumers or wholesalers.
Product Return
. The customer service center will coordinate with the customer the completion and/or replacement and/or return of the product or a monetary credit to the customer, as applicable and as required by the circumstances and by law.

The method of communication through these terms of use and everything related to it shall be governed by Israeli law only, and exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts in Tel Aviv.
. Any notice sent by the site to the customer according to the address will be considered as having reached its addressee 48 hours after being delivered to the Israel Post, and if delivered by fax or email - on the day of its delivery.
