At the heart of Argentina lie the vast Pampas — open grasslands where cattle raising is a tradition passed down from generation to generation. This landscape is synonymous with cattle herds and the gauchos who have become an inseparable part of Argentine culture.
This is where the story of the Black Series begins: carefully selected Argentinian Angus cattle, chosen for our range and continuing on a controlled journey all the way to Israel.

Angus is one of the world’s most recognized cattle breeds for high-quality beef. It is prized for its ability to develop natural marbling — intramuscular fat that contributes to juiciness, tenderness, and depth of flavor.
For the Black Series, we select Angus beef from Argentina with the aim of bringing fresh beef to Israel with rich marbling, juiciness, and flavor — delivering clear and consistent characteristics from cut to cut.
THE METHOD · PASTURE TO GRAIN
Starts on Pasture. Finished with Controlled Feeding.
The cattle begin their journey on Argentina’s open pastures, where they are raised and grass-fed. During the finishing stage, they receive a controlled and balanced grain-based diet.
This combination is designed to develop the marbling, juiciness, and depth of flavor we look for in the Black Series — creating beef with consistent characteristics from cut to cut.
THE JOURNEY
From Argentina to Israel. Fresh.
After selection and processing, the beef is kept refrigerated throughout its journey and arrives in Israel fresh — maintaining a controlled cold chain from origin to destination.
